My Brother's Christmas Present

I am an admirer of personalized gifts because so much attention goes into creating them.  What do you think of my brother's Christmas present?  I wanted to get him something no one else could or would.  He is a big sports fan, particularly football; reminds me so much of our father (shown on left) in that aspect.
